Via the LibraryThing Blog (to read more about how awesone LibraryThing is, click here), I stumbled across the non-profit organization called Operation Paperback, which works to send books to troops deployed overseas. They are looking for donations of "gently" used books. It appears that you do the mailing and they will supply the address. What a great way to recycle books!
